Agree preparation, coating or finishing method, color and inspection criteria.
Assembly & verification
Check fit, dimensions, movement and the agreed functional or load-test requirements.
Packing & shipment release
Match labels, quantities, protection, documents and loading details to the order.
FABRICATION & ASSEMBLY
From material to
working equipment.
Cutting & machining
Control cut length, hole locations, edge condition and interface dimensions for plate, tube and sections.
Forming & bending
Define bend direction, radius, angles and critical dimensions on the approved drawing.
Welding & fabrication
Specify weld method, joint preparation and weld size. Fixtures help control alignment and squareness.
Assembly & adjustment
Fit wheels, rollers, fasteners and selected drive or hydraulic components. Check clearances and service interfaces.
MATERIALS & SURFACE FINISHES
Specify the material.
Define the finish.
Carbon steel
Frames, racks and welded structures. State grade, thickness, tube/section size and load basis.
Stainless steel
Washdown or corrosion-sensitive use. State alloy grade, surface finish and cleaning exposure.
Aluminum
Weight-sensitive handling equipment. State alloy, temper, joining method and required duty.
HDPE / PP
Pallets, bins and returnable packaging. State resin, impact and temperature needs; verify chemical compatibility.
Finish options
Powder coating, wet paint, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing and stainless surface finishing, according to material and product design.
Agree color, preparation, coating thickness, masking and acceptance criteria before ordering.

Fabrication checkpoints
Critical dimensions, hole patterns, squareness, weld appearance and assembly fit.
Finish inspection

Wheel and roller movement, brakes, latches, adjustments and powered functions where applicable.
Load & performance verification
Agree the load case, support conditions, test method, acceptance criteria and required report for the selected configuration.
Final release
Order quantities, labels, packing protection, accessory kits and the agreed document set.
Drawings, inspection records, material documents, manuals and test reports are agreed per order. Certifications are product-specific.
